Kait Mason is back for her final season with the Falcons. The forward is from Eagan, Minn. In high school she was Rookie of the Year and all-conference in her junior and senior years.  She was her team’s captain and MVP her senior year and was also earned honorable mention to the all-state team. She led her team to two state tournament appearances. She finished her senior year as the team’s leading scorer with 22 goals and 18 assists for 40 points. After the 2013 season she was named to the AHCA All-American team after leading the Falcons wtih 20 goals and 36 points. She tied for the team lead with five power-play goals. Mason was also named to the first All-NCHA team. She is the first Falcon to go over the 100 career point mark - she has 55 goals and 47 assists for 102 points. As a freshman for the Falcons, Mason led the team is goals, assists and points. She finished the year with 20 goals and 20 assists for 40 points. That is a school record for most goals and points for a Falcon in one season. As a sophomore she had another solid season and had 15 goals and 26 points. She was named to the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll, to the All-NCHA first team, NCHA All-Rookie Team and first team AHCA All-American after her first season. She is the daughter of Dan and Debbie Mason, she has one brother and she is majoring in marketing communications.
