Twice the Falcons had allowed five goals this year. The last time the Falcons allowed more than seven goals in a game was Nov. 21, 2009 in an 8-3 loss to St. Norbert.

The Falcons, now 12-5-2 overall and 6-4-2 in NCHA play, play two more NCHA games next weekend. On Friday at 7 p.m., the Falcons play at St. Norbert. The Green Knights are in first place in the NCHA standings. On Saturday at 7 p.m., the Falcons are at Stevens Point. The Pointers are in a tie for fourth place in the league standings.
