The Falcon men's basketball team headed to Sioux Falls, S.D. to take on Augustana College in an exhibition game where they fell 81-69 in overtime.

The teams were tied at 30 points apiece at the half. Both teams continued that back and forth trend ending regulation tied at 65.  Augustana turned it on outscoring the Falcons 16-4 in the overtime period to rein victorious. 

Three Falcon players reached double-digits in points on Saturday evening. Jon Christensen and Connor Goodwin chipped in 17 and 10 points respectively out of the starting five for UWRF while CJ Lewis dropped in 12 points off the bench in 16 minutes of play.

Christensen also lead the Falcons in rebounds with 10, recording a double-double for the game. Brennan Witt lead the team with five assists.

Four players scored in double-digits for Augustana: Daniel Jansen (15), Casey Schilling (14), Ethan Guske (14) and Al Richter (10).

The Falcons next game is Saturday, November 15, at Bethel University for their first regular season game of the year. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
