David Zaske paced the Falcon men's swimming & diving team at the first day of competition at the WIAC Meet on Thursday in Brown Deere, Wis.

The Falcon 400 medley relay team of Andrew Keller, Zaske, Dennis Dadashev and David Voller placed fifth in 3:36.34 while the 200 free relay team of Voller, Keller, Lucas Hetzel and Zaske played fifth in 1:29.58.

In the 200 IM Zaske placed 15th with a time of 2:02.75.

The Falcons are in sixth place after the first day of competition with 55 points. Stevens Point leads in the team race with 245 points.

The Falcons will compete in the second day of the meet with action starting at 10 a.m., on Friday.
