UWRF fell behind 21-0 in the first half and was unable to climb their way back. Senior wide receiver Griff Christensen scored twice on three catches and finished with 57 receiving yards.

WHAT HAPPENED
- The Falcons threw two interceptions in the first quarter on tipped passes and fell behind 14-0 after the first quarter
- UW-River Falls scored all 20 of their points in the second half and allowed just one score by the Kohawks.
- Sophomore wide receiver Trenton Monson scored the first touchdown of the season on jet-motion carry for 15 yards.
- Christensen was on the receiving end of two touchdowns. First on a 24 yard pass and the second a 15 yard catch with 2:04 in the fourth quarter.
- Six different Falcons ran the ball and combined for 134 yards in the game with a 4.8 yard average. UWRF was led by senior running back Rance Ashley with 40 yards on six carries.
- Junior quarterback Sawyer Moon was 25-62 for 287 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions.
- Junior wide receiver Tony Denn registered the longest play of the day for UWRF with a 30 yard reception.
- The Falcon defense sacked the Kohawks twice with linebacker Geno Demike and defensive lineman Charlie Sanders each registering a sack.
- UW-River Falls turned the ball over twice, and forced the Kohawks to commit one on a fumble forced by safety Matt Ekman and recovered by senior Kyle Hunter
- Demike led UWRF in tackles on the day with 14 total tackles.
