NEW ORLEANS, La. – Former UW-River Falls football standout Kaleb Blaha has been extended a rookie minicamp invite by the National Football League's New Orleans Saints.
The Saints' rookie minicamp begins on May 9 and includes first-year players, draftees, undrafted free agents, and tryout participants.
A native of Coon Rapids, Minn., Blaha has been one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in NCAA Division III history. He led the Falcons to the 2025 WIAC Championship and the program's first NCAA Division III National Championship, earning Stagg Bowl MVP honors and the Gagliardi Trophy as the nation's top Division III player.
Blaha's record-setting 2025 season saw him total 6,189 yards of offense, the most in a single season in NCAA history across all divisions. Throughout his career, he accounted for over 14,000 yards of total offense, rewriting the UWRF record book while earning multiple All-American and All-WIAC honors.
During his time with the Falcons, Blaha helped usher in one of the most successful eras in program history, highlighted by conference championships, national recognition, and a historic national title run.
Blaha's invitation marks the second consecutive year a Falcon has received an NFL rookie minicamp opportunity, joining Dylan Brown, who was invited to the Indianapolis Colts' minicamp in 2025.
