Angie Hall recorded her 6th shut out of the season and the Falcons rolled to a 4-0 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons got off to a fast start and drew an early penalty on the Lumberjills at the 3:41 mark of the 1st period.
- At the 4:18 mark of the period Paige Johnson found the back of the net on the power play to put the Falcons up 1-0.The goal was Johnson's first goal of the season. She was assisted on the goal by Dani Sibley and Carly Moran.
- Jessie Anderson would be called for hooking at the 5:30 mark of the period, but the Falcons were able to fight off the Lumberjill power play and draw another penalty on Northland just under a minute into the Anderson penalty.
- The Falcons would continue to pressure the rest of the period including a shot by Dani Sibley that rang off the post, but the Falcons were unable to add to their lead.
- The first period ended with the Falcons up 1-0. Â The Falcons out shot the Lumberjills 18-7 in the period.
- The Falcon penalty killers would be tested early in the second period when Amy Auran was called for interference at the 1:24 mark. Â
- Carly Moran scored an unassisted shorthanded goal on the penalty kill to put the Falcons up 2-0. The goal was Moran's 13th on the season and her second shorthanded goal of the year.
- The Falcons continued to pressure firing multiple shots at the Lumberjill goaltender throughout the second period.
- At the 15:35 mark of the period Bella Wagner found the back of the net to put the Falcons up 3-0. Â The goal was Wagner's 4th of the season. She was assisted on the goal by Dani Sibley and Carly Moran.
- The second period would end with the Falcons up 3-0.  The Falcons out shot the Lumberjills 21-1 in the second period.
- The Falcons would continue to dominate the third period, with Emily Stark adding the final goal of the night, an empty net goal a the 19:25 mark of the period, to give the Falcons the 4-0 victory.
- Angie Hall recorded the shutout for the Falcons by stopping all 13 shots she faced.

- Maggie Cusey made 48 saves in net for the Lumberjills.
- Robyn Matula and Ally Covert led the Lumberjills with 3 shots a piece.
LOOKING AHEAD
- The Falcons will go for the weekend sweep of the Lumberjills on Saturday January 14th at Northland. Puck drop is set for 2pm.
