HOW IT HAPPENED
- Angie Hall was in net for the Falcons. She finished the night with 16 shots and 2 goals allowed.
- The Falcons started off slow in the first period and were down 1-0 early on. The first goal for the Cobbers came from Jess Nelson at 3:25. Amber Schaack assisted the goal.
- At 10:32, Carina Randazzo received a penalty for interference.
- Shortly after fending off the penalty, Jessie Andersen scored for the Falcons to tie the game at 1. Hailey Neilsen and Paige Johnson assisted the goal. The goal was Andersen's first of the season.
- Within two minutes, the Falcons scored again to put the score at 2-1. Dani Sibley scored the goal and Paige Johnson and Carly Moran assisted it.
- At 15:53, Jessie Andersen scored her second goal of the night to make the score 3-1. Jillayne Gilbert and Victoria Holman assisted the goal.
- Emily Stark had a penalty at 10:24 in the second period for holding. The Falcons were able to fend of the Cobbers and keep the score 3-1.
- At 14:48, of the second period the Cobbers scored to pull within one at 3-2. The goal came from Jess Nelson and was assisted by Ellen Rethwisch and Amber Schaack.

- The Falcons had a series of penalties that they were able to fend off. Hailey Herdine received penalty for interference at 7:38 and Julia Steljes had a penalty at 14:17 for hooking.
- The Cobbers also had two more penalties to finish off the game. Maddie Ellingson had a penalty at 15:44 and Amelia Amon served a penalty at 18:08 for too many players on the ice.
