St. Paul, Min. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls Men's Hockey team went into Oscar Johnson Arena to face the Hamline Pipers, and came out with a 4-2 victory.
Eddie Matsushima and
Aussie Miller each had a goal and an assist for the Falcons.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST HAMLINE
- The Pipers took the early 1-0 on the Falcons, but the Falcons would tie the score when Peter Karavos would net his 3rd goal of the season. Eddie Matsushima and Aussie Miller would get assists on the goal.
- The Pipers would retake the lead late in the first to go into the first intermission with a 2-1 lead.
- UW-River Falls would strike quickly in the 2nd as Aussie Miller would score just 12 seconds into the period to tie the score at 2-2.
- The Falcons would add two power play goals to pull away from the Pipers. The first came 6 minutes after Miller's goal as Joe Drapluk netted his 2nd of the season.
- The next power play goal came late in the 3rd period as Eddie Matsushima scored unassisted to push the lead to 4-2.
- Zach Quinn made 23 saves in net for the Falcons.
