St. Paul, Minn. (uwrfsports.com) The UW-River Falls women's track team competed at Hamline University on Wednesday evening in a last minute meet to avoid the weekend winter storm. The Falcons were led on the track by Adyara Hanaman with a 5th place finish in the 100 meter dash, a 7th place finish in the 200 meter dash and an 11th place finish in the long jump.
Track Highlights:
- The Falcons scored three top 10 finishes in the 100 meter dash, Hanaman 5th, Allison Stewart 8th, and Kimberly Robertson in 9th.
- Hanaman led the way for the Falcons in the 200 meter dash finishing 7th, with Stewart finishing behind her in 11th.
- Katelyn Moore led the way for Falcons in the 800 meter run finishing 15th, with Emily Klatt finishing 22nd, Kimberly Carlson in 31st, and Emma Deutsch in 33rd place.
- Kimberly Robertson finished 10th in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.83 seconds.
- Alanna Grant finished 12th in the 400 meter hurdles.
Field Highlights:
- Haley Macklem finished 10th in the high jump with a jump of 1.53 meters.
- Hanaman finished 11th in the long jump with a jump of 4.44 meters.
- Callista Hobbs finished 10th in the women's shot put with a throw of 8.99 meters and 17th in the hammer throw.

The track teams will be back in action on April 19th, when they travel to compete at UW-La Crosse.
