RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls men's hockey team picked up there first WIAC win of the season with a 4-3 win over Northland College.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST NORTHLAND
- A quiet first period led to an exciting second and third period that saw seven goals.
- Northland scored twenty seconds into the start of the second period.
- Cayden Cahill tied the game up 1-1 at 10:45
- Northland took the lead back at 16:30 on a goal by Kalib Ford.
- The Falcons started the third period with a power-play goal by Christian Hausinger twenty-six seconds in. The goal tied the game up 2-2
- Gabe Wahl scored his first collegiate goal to give the Falcons a 3-2 lead. The goal cam on a power-play opportunity.
- Northland tied the game up one last time at 6:30 in the third period.
