CLERMONT, Fla. (uwrfsports.com) - The Falcons split in their fourth day of the Spring Game Tournament. They defeated Oberlin College in five innings to start the day and then fell to St. Catherine 1-2 in the second game.

WHAT HAPPENED
- The Falcons scored an unearned run off no hits, three walks, and an error by the Yeowomen in the top of the 1st inning. The Falcons left 3 runners on base.
- Oberlin answered with one run in the bottom of the 1st inning. Emma Downing walked, stole second, and went on to score on an RBI single to left by Dani Pechthalt.
- UWRF loaded the bases with a single by Rebecca Daley, followed by a walk from each Kaia Dorn and Hannah Theobald in the top of the 2nd inning. Molly Kaspar drove in all three baserunners with a double to left field. Kaspar went on to score on an RBI single by Lexi Dupee. Dupee eventually scored on a bases loaded walk by Daley. The Falcons batted around in the inning, scoring 5 runs off 4 hits.
- The Falcons had another big inning in the top of the 4th, adding 5 more runs to their lead (11-1). Dupee lead off the inning with a single to left field and then scored on an RBI triple to left field by Ali Krohn. Krohn then scored on an RBI single to center field by Bri Daechsel. After another single by Daley, Allison Kondzela doubled to center field, scoring both runners. UWRF went on to score one more run in the inning, totaling 5 runs off 7 hits.
- UWRF shutout Oberlin in 4 out of 5 innings of play.
- The Falcons finished the game with 12 runs off 14 hits.

WHAT HAPPENED VS ST. CATHERINE
- The Wildcats scored first driving in a run in the first inning on back to back extra base hits.
- In the bottom of the second inning, the Falcons got runners in scoring position but were unable to get a run across leaving three runners on base.
- St. Kates scored again in the top of the third giving them a 2-0 lead.
- Molly Kaspar led off the bottom of the third with a single to left field but was unable to get past third base.
- The Falcons finally broke through in the bottom of the sixth. Ali Krohn got on base with a double and advanced to third on a single by Natalie Bosch. Krohn scored on a wild pitch giving the Falcons a run.
- Payton Speckel took the loss. She had four strikeouts and only allowed six hits.
- The Falcons had six total hits.
