RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) - Launching May 5^th in conjunction with #GivingTuesdayNow the international day of philanthropy and unity, the UW-River Falls Athletic Department will be hosting a flash store to help raise funds for their fellow students undergoing hardship due to COVID-19 through the UWRF Student Emergency Assistance Fund.
 
A "One Team One Family" logo is featured on multiple shirt options on the week long store site. 
 
A portion of the money raised from the shirts will go to the Student Emergency Fund.  The fund was established as an Emergency grant/loan program where funds can be used to help students offset a variety of unforeseen expenses such as:
 

• Utilities, housing, rent
• Food, medical and dental expenses
• Educational-related expenses to facilitate new remote learning
• Loss of employment income, both for students and their families
