The Falcons opened their season last week, going 1-2. After losses against Bethel University and Ripon College, UWRF bounced back with an 87-70 win over UW-Superior during day two of the UW-Eau Claire Tip-Off Classic on Saturday, Nov. 13.
Macy Nilsen (Jr., Edina, Minn.) led the Falcons against the Yellowjackets, scoring a game-high 28 points off 10-of-17 shooting.
THE SERIES
UWRF maintains a 6-2 advantage in the all-time series versus Augsburg. The two teams most recently met in 2016, a 76-68 Augsburg victory in Minneapolis.
