CHICAGO, Ill. – The UW-River Falls volleyball team finished out the North Park Invitational Saturday afternoon with a 3-1 win over Westminster.

After a close first set where the Falcons fell 23-25, it was all UWRF the remaining three sets to give the Falcons two wins in their opening weekend.
The Falcon offense was the deciding factor in the game outscoring their opponents 73-35. They hit .253 overall and had three sets where they hit over .300.
Kameri Meredith led the offense with 25 kills while also collecting 17 digs.
Lauren Noth had 11 kills and
Sami Hilley had nine.
The Falcon defense held Westminster to just a .062 hitting percentage.
Brenna Olson collected 19 digs and
Emily Brenner had 17.
Kameri Meredith and
Grace Boles were named to the All-Tournament Team.
The Falcons now 2-1 on the season travel to Carleton College Wednesday September 6 to take on the Knights.
