MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) announced its 2024 volleyball postseason awards on Nov. 15, with Lauren Noth and Ashley Guse representing UW-River Falls.

Lauren Noth was selected to the All-WIAC Honorable Mention Team while Ashley Guse was selected to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

Noth, a sophomore outside hitter from Warrens, Wis., appeared in all 32 matches this season and led the Falcons with 2.93 kills per set, totaling 337 on the season. She accounted for over 20 percent of UWRF's points, averaging 3.39 per set, and ranked among the WIAC's top-15 in kills, digs (3.5 per set), and points. In 17 matches, she tallied double-digit kill totals, including a season-high 17 twice, against Pomona-Pitzer (Aug. 31) and Bethel (Sept. 6).

A senior defensive specialist from Pennock, Minn., Guse played in all but one match this season, including single-season career-highs with 114 digs, 15 assists, and eight service aces.
