MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) announced its 2025 volleyball postseason awards on Nov. 13, with Blessing Adebisi, Audrey Petersen, and Tiara Diamond representing UW-River Falls.

Adebisi was selected to the First Team, Petersen was an Honorable Mention and named to the All-Defensive Team, and Diamond was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

A junior middle blocker from White Bear Lake, Minn., Blessing Adebisi earns her first career All-WIAC honor after leading the Falcon attack in 2025 with 2.65 kills per set. Her .304 hitting percentage ranked third in the WIAC while her 98 total blocks led the Falcons and ranked fourth in the WIAC. A Sept. 28 Falcon of the Week and member of the Sept. 26-27 UW-Whitewater Invite All-Tournament Team, she appeared in 29 of 30 matches.

Audrey Petersen, a sophomore libero/defensive specialist from Glencoe, Minn., becomes the first Falcon to be selected to the All-WIAC Defensive Team since Hannah Robb in 2018, and earns her first All-Conference accolade. Petersen was one of two Falcons this season to play in all 111 sets, and was the WIAC leader with an average of 4.98 digs per set, totaling 553. The WIAC Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 20-26, she surpassed 1,000 career digs during a win over UW-Stout on Oct. 29.

A senior outside hitter from Apple Valley, Minn., Diamond played in 23 matches with four starts this season, totaling 16 kills and five service aces.

The Falcons turned in a 15-15 overall record in 2025, winning five of their six final regular season games and going 7-4 at Page Arena.
