MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The UW-River Falls volleyball team snapped a three-game losing skids with a pair of 3-0 victories over Saint Mary's College and Rhodes College on Friday during day one of two at the Rhodes College Invitational.
The Falcons, now 12-14 overall, wrap up their weekend trip in Memphis tomorrow at 11 a.m. with a matchup against Millsaps College.

The Falcons opened the weekend with a clean sweep of Saint Mary's College, defeating the Belles 25-23, 25-19, 25-21.
UWRF hit .241 with 43 kills off just 16 errors, led by
Blessing Adebisi's 12 kills on an impressive .476 hitting percentage, while
Kelsey Klesner added seven kills and six from
Lauren Noth with a .357 hitting rate.
Emily Brenner chipped in five hills while hitting .400.
Setter
Cora Sayotovich led UWRF with 14 assists and
Audrey Petersen had a team-high 13 digs.

The Falcons completed their first second consecutive sweep of the season on Friday night, taking down the host school Rhodes College, defeating the Lynch by set scores of 25-17, 25-17, and 25-15.
UWRF turned in one of its most complete performances of the season during its evening matchup, hitting a season-best .333 with 46 kills on 105 attempts. In sets one and three, UWRF was outstanding on the attack with 17 kills off three kills in both, holding home team to under .100 hitting in the final two frames.
UWRF set the tone early, jumping ou tto a 6-2 lead in the first set and leading for the rest of the set to take a 1-0 advantage. The Falcons then limited the Lynx to .000 hitting in the middle frame and was solid again the third to earn teh sweep.
The Falcons were led collectively up front, with
Lauren Noth,
Blessing Adebisi, and
Kelsey Klesner all contributing nine kills each. Noth was extraordinary with nine kills and no errors on 13 attempts to record a 692 attacking clip.
Audrey Petersen had 17 digs and
Cora Sayotovich set up the offense with 12 assists.
