Jack Richter – Men's Cross Country (So., Bayport, Minn./Stillwater Area)

Richter led the Falcons to a 10th place team finish among 31 teams at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships on Saturday, Nov. 15 in Colfax, Wis., the program's best finish since 2009. He clocked an 8k time of 25:38.8 to place 32nd, good for an All-Region recognition.

Laina Viere – Women's Cross Country (Jr., Richmond, Minn./Rocori)

Viere earned her second career All-Region finish, placing 17th with a 6k time of 22:31.6 at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships on Saturday, Nov. 15 in Colfax, Wis., qualifying for nationals. The UWRF women compiled 310 points to finish 12th as a team among 30 schools - the program's best regional finish since 2018.
