FALCON NOTES
- The Falcons are coming off a 9-5 win at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minn., on Tuesday.
- Offensively, the Falcons were led by Krebs and Cade Bruett, who both had three hits. The Falcons' pitching staff combined to limit the Eagles to five runs, with Shaun Gavin securing the win after pitching four innings in relief, allowing two runs with three strikeouts.
- As a team, UWRF ranks third in the WIAC with a .314 batting average.
- Sophomore Kale Twombly leads the Falcons and ranks fourth in the WIAC with a .465 batting average off 33 hits in 88 at bats. His .531 on-base percentage ranks third.
- Among the league's leaders, Max Krebs also ranks fifth with 29 RBIs and sixth with seven homers.
- Tanner Hraby ranks tied for fifth in the WIAC with 12 stolen bases and JV Castillo is tied for fourth with eight doubles.
