Following another championship season, UW-River Falls Esports earned its second consecutive National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) Emerging Program of the Year Finalist nomination. According to NACE, this achievement is "awarded to a program that has been active for two years or fewer. This program has entered the space and has shown to be on the path to excellence. They have displayed outstanding achievements either competitively, academically or within their community."
NACE members have until July 11th to vote between UWRF and the four other finalists. Winners will be announced live at the annual NACE National Convention in Dallas, Texas on July 23-25th.
