UW-River Falls Esports has officially joined the National Association of Collegiate Esports's Rust Belt Conference. After 4 years of competing in non-conference Varsity and Academy play.

UWRF is joining its first NACE Varsity Conference as NACE expands its competition calendar and national playoffs to its largest format yet. UWRF's League of Legends, Overwatch, Rocket League, and Smash Ultimate. The Falcons will be competing with 21 other primarily NCAA Division III colleges and universities in the Rust Belt Conference as the conference enters its 2nd season in NACE.

Joining UWRF is fellow WIAC and WEC rival UW-Stout. Both teams will kick off their RBC schedules with a special Rocket League showcase series of exhibition 1v1 and 2v2 matches leading into their official 3v3 Best of 5 season opener tonight at UW-Stout starting at 6PM. All matches will be streamed live at https://www.twitch.tv/stoutesports.

UWRF Rocket League is currently 5-2 across all leagues with notable wins against UW-Madison in WEC, Ohio State University in NACE out of conference play, and University of Minnesota at the 2026 Northern Iowa Cup.
