The UW-River Falls volleyball team is slated to open its 2025 WIAC schedule this Friday, Sept. 19 at UW-Stevens Point. UWRF will then remain in Stevens Point on Saturday to compete in the Pointers Invitational with matches against Carroll and Lakeland.

• UWRF is coming off a 2-2 weekend at the Loras Invite in Dubuque, Iowa.
  • After losses to No. 23-ranked Dubuque and St. Olaf on Friday, the Falcons bouned back with a 3-2 win over Wartburg and a 3-1 win over Saint Mary's on Saturday.
  • Through four matches Sept. 12-13, Blessing Adebisi led the Falcons with over two kills per set along with 15 total blocks.
• Among the WIAC leaders, Audrey Petersen ranks third in the conference with 4.32 digs per set, and ranks second with a total of 190.
  • Blessing Adebisi has the third most blocks in the league with a total of 41, and Reese Bauman ranks sixth with a .295 hitting percentage.
