Keenan Ingram – Men's Hockey (Fr., Calgary, Alberta/Bowness)

Ingram and the Falcons swept a weekend series at home against UW-Superior Jan. 23-24, with the freshman forward standing out during Saturday's 3-2 win with a pair of goals, highlighted by the overtime game-winner. He led UWRF on the weekend with 14 shots on goal, and is currently the WIAC's leading scorer with 25 points off 15 goals and 10 assists.

Zoey Buchan – Women's Basketball (Sr., Johnston, Iowa/Johnston)

Coming off a week in which she surpassed 1,000 points in her career, Buchan followed up with 16.0 points per game to lead the Falcons to a pair of WIAC wins over UW-Stevens Point and No. 18-ranked UW-Platteville, shooting 9-of-19 from the field and 13-of-15 at the free throw line, along with eight rebounds, nine assists, and three steals. Against the Pointers on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at Page Arena, she totaled 19 points and a perfect 6-for-6 at free throw line. On Saturday in Platteville, she added 13 points of 50% shooting from the field, guiding UWRF to a 62-60 road win over the Pioneers.
