HASTINGS, Minn. – The UW-River Falls women's golf team competed at the Gustie Spring Classic, hosted by Gustavus Adolphus at Emerald Greens Golf Course in Hastings, Minn.
Leading the way for the Falcons was Lauren Skov, who turned in the top finish for UWRF, placing tied for 12th with a two-round score of +18 (R1: +13/R2: +5). Skov showed out strong in the second day round, shooting a +5 for the Falcons.
Lily Sullivan followed with a tie for 24th at +25 (R1: +12/R2: +13), while Annika Summerbell (competing as an individual) finished tied for 29th at +26 (R1: +11/R2: +15).
Rounding out the Falcon lineup, Martha Effertz also placed tied for 29th at +26 (R1: +11/R2: +15), and Megan Bermejo finished tied for 38th with a +29 (R1: +15/R2: +14).
Additional contributions came from Ellie Whitbred, who finished tied for 42nd (+30), and individual competitor Madison Haines, who placed tied for 51st (+35).
