The Falcon swimming and diving teams beat Ripon in a dual meet at the River Falls High School pool on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcon women won, 149-71, while the men won, 110-87.

For the women, Sarah Koch (Bloomington, MN, Benilde-St. Margaret's) won two events. She took the top spot in the 200 IM in 2:27.11 and in the 100 fly in 1:08.25. Caitlin Gargulak (Rice Lake, Rice Lake) was another two event winner. She won the 500 free in 6:00.01 and the 1,000 free in 12:24.77. The Falcons won seven events.

For the men, Kevin O'Brien (Hastings, MN, Hastings)n was the winner in the 200 IM in 2:11.38, the 100 fly in 56.11. The Falcons won six events.

The Falcons will next compete in a dual meet at Lawrence on Saturday. Action starts at 1 p.m.
