Oshkosh Tops Football Team, 41-13 - Video Added - Audio Added

Despite scoring on their first possession the UW-River Falls Falcons fell 41-13 to the UW-Oshkosh Titans this afternoon.

The Falcons first drive went five plays for 79 yards and ended with Ryan Kusilek finding Jake Ryan for a 13 yard touchdown strike. (Here the call by WRFW's Chris Liermann.)

Kusilek went 33-57 with 352 yards throwing two touchdowns and four interceptions. He also added 30 rushing yards. He now has ten touchdowns thrown on the season.

Ryan finished with 10 catches for 95 yards in the game. His ten catches were the most in the game. Robbie Flom had six catches for 99 yards including a 44 yard catch on the first drive.

The Falcons would hold UWO and march back down the field until they threw an interception in the red zone. The Titans would go down the field to score and never looked back the rest of the game scoring 41 unanswered points. They put up 20 in the first quarter then had one touchdown in each of the next three quarters. They had a lot of success on the ground gaining 241 yards rushing.

With time expiring UWRF scored their second touchdown when Kusilek found Jordan Christianson for a six yard touchdown. (Here the call by WRFW's Chris Liermann.) Christianson leads all receivers with six touchdowns on the season.

Mike Gehling and Luke Radke both had eleven tackles in the game for UWRF. Radke was playing linebacker for just his third game this season after switching over from fullback.

UWRF falls to 0-6 on the season and will be looking for their first win of the season next Saturday at UW-Eau Claire who is also 0-6 on the season with kickoff set for 1 p.m.
