The Falcon men's swimming & diving teams opened its season on Saturday with a 117-96 win over UW-Oshkosh at the River Falls High School pool.
The Falcons earned first place finishes in seven events.
The 200 medley relay team of
Andrew Keller,
David Zaske,
Dennis Dadashev and Lusas Patten opened the meet by winning the race in 1:45.36.
Zaske came back and won the 200 free in 1:54.3 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.26. And Dadashev came back later in the meet to win the 100 fly in 58.98. Keller also won later in the 100 back with a time of 56.99.
Lucas Hetzel won the 1,000 free with a time of 11:47.52 and
Caleb Bentley won he diving event with a score of 243.95.
The Falcons will next swim at Lawrence against the Vikings and Ripon College on Nov. 2.
