The Falcon women's swimming & diving team placed sixth at the WIAC Championships that ended Saturday in Brown Deer, Wis.

UWRF finished the three-day meet with 144 points. La Crosse won the team title with 893 points.

Cori Pelletier placed 15th in the 1650 free with a time of 20:57.24 and Laura Lusardi placed 16th in 21:33.27.

The Falcon 400 free relay team of Erica Emery, Candy Hoelzel, Katy Dorn and Becca Skelly placed sixth in 3:49.26.
