La Crosse, Wis. - (uwrfsports.com) Senior Colton Sorensen and junior Linsey Tolkkinen competed at the NCAA DIII Track and Field Championships hosted by UW-La Crosse on May 24-26th.

Sorensen, a recently graduated senior, failed to make any height at the Championships. Ranked 18th in the nation, Sorensen qualified with a height of 4.88m (16ft), just short of his school record of 4.92m (16ft 1.7in). 

Junior, Linsey Tolkkinen finished 20th in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 39:28.10. Tolkkinen ran her qualifying time last week with a 36:24.82, a 30-second improvement over her previous personal record. This currently puts her at #3 on the UWRF All-Time list and ranks her 22nd in the nation.
