THE SERIES
The Falcons are undefeated in the all-time series against the Oles, leading 16-0. The two teams last met in 2018, a 7-2 UWRF win in River Falls.
LAST TIME OUT
UWRF suffered its first loss of the season to No. 3-ranked UW-Eau Claire on Saturday, Nov. 20 in Eau Claire, Wis. The Blugolds' goaltender Stephanie Martin shutout the Falcons with 23 saves and Emma Peterson scored twice, including an empty net goal with under a minute left in regulation to snap the Falcons' win streak.

The Falcons are slotted at No. 4 for the fourth consecutive week in the latest USCHO Women's Hockey Division III poll. WIAC rival UW-Eau Claire is ranked No. 3.
FALCON NOTES
- Before the unbeaten streak was snapped at UW-Eau Claire, UW-River Falls earned four consecutive shutouts from Nov. 6-16, outscoring Saint Mary's, UW-Stevens Point, Northland, and St. Scholastica by a score of 28-0.
- UWRF has the third most goals scored in NCAA Division III with 42, averaging 5.3 per game.
- The Falcons are also out-shooting opponents 49-17, on average.
- UWRF's five short-handed goals is tied for the most in the nation. Callie Hoff and Alex Hantge have scored two shorties each.
- On the man advantage, UWRF has a .241 conversion percentage, with seven power play goals on 20 opportunities.
- Senior forward Callie Hoff is the Division III national leader with 14 assists. She ranks third and leads the WIAC with 20 points (6g-14a).
- Senior goaltender Sami Miller has started five of eight games in net, tallying three shutouts with a .945 save percentage.
