RIVER FALLS, Wis. - The UW-River Falls women's tennis team fell 5-4 during a WIAC battle at UW-Oshkosh Saturday afternoon.
UWRF earned wins at No. 1, No. 4, and No. 5 singles along with No. 3 doubles.
After trailing 2-1 upon doubles competition, the Falcons twice tied up the match during singles play. Down 3-1, singles wins from
Karyn Duddeck and
Kaytlyn Syverson tied the contest at 3-3.
UWO won at No. 2 singles before a
Kailey Courteau win in three sets at No. 1 to tie the game at 4-4. The Titans won at No. 6 singles to clinch the win.
