REEDSBURG, Wis. - The UW-River Falls women's golf team turned in a weekend best team score of 338 on Sunday at Reedsburg Country Club, finishing with a 54-hole total of 1,043 strokes to place sixth at the 2022 WIAC Championship.
UWRF finished with an overall score of 355-350-338--1043, the programs' best since 2018.
UW-La Crosse and UW-Whitewater tied for the team lead, and the Warhawks won a team playoff to clinch their sixth consecutive WIAC title.
Grace Gabriel and
Sydney Hufnagle led the way for UWRF, each finishing inside the top-20. Gabriel improved her first round score by nine strokes on day three, finishing 13th with a total of 252.

Riley Roth was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
