HASTINGS, Minn. - During its second meet of the 2022 fall season, the UW-River Falls women's golf team carded a 36-hole team score of 338-331--669 (+85) at the Division III Classic at Emerald Greens Golf Course, hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College.
The two-day team score of 669 is the best in UWRF women's golf program history, besting the previous record of 686, set at the 2005 WIAC Championships.
The Falcons improved by 46 strokes from their opening meet on Sept. 3-4.
Bethel University carded a two-day team score of 606 (+22) to take home the team title.
Sydney Hufnagle was the Falcons' top finisher, tying for 40th out of 106 golfers.
