MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) released its Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 9-15, 2023, with Kameri Meredith representing UW-River Falls as the Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.

Meredith, a senior outside hitter from Elk Mound, Wis., earned her first career WIAC weekly award after leading the Falcons to a trio of wins Oct. 11-14, defeating UW-La Crosse, Concordia College-Moorhead (Minn.), and College of Saint Benedict (Minn.).

She totaled a team-high 44 kills, averaging 4.0 kills and 5.1 digs per 11 sets played. During a 3-1 win over Concordia, Meredith notched 17 kills with just one error for a .356 hitting percentage, contributing to her .271 weekly percentage. While tallying 56 digs on the week, she eclipsed 1,000 in her career.

The Falcons (17-7, 2-2 WIAC) host No. 2-ranked UW-Oshkosh this Friday, Oct. 20 at Page Arena.
