PRESCOTT, Wis. – The UW-River Falls women's golf team started out its 2023 fall campaign tying for fourth place of nine teams while hosting the Falcon Invite, held at Clifton Highlands Golf Course, Sept. 2-3.
UW-Stout took first place as a team, carding a 36-hole score of 659 (+83).
UWRF compiled a team score of 731 (+155). Sydney Burgess led the Falcons, tying for 11th of 53 golfers with a score of 173 (+29). Nearly every Falcon improved upon their day one scores during Sunday's second and final round.
