The UW-River Falls women's golf team is set to compete at the 2025 WIAC Championship this weekend in Reedsburg, Wis.

The first round round of the tournament will take place on Friday, Oct. 3 with an 11 a.m. shotgun start. Rounds 1-2 on Saturday and Sunday will both start with 8:30 a.m. tee times.
UW-Whitewater is the reigning champion and the winners of eight-straight tournaments since 2017. The Falcons are in search of their first WIAC title, with the program's top team finish coming in 2004 - a third place finish. Last season, the Falcons placed seventh with a 54-hole team score of 1,039 - the program's second-best three-day team score in program history.
FALCON NOTES
- Through four meets this season, the Falcons have averaged a team score of 336.8 (+49).
- Senior Lauren Skov leads the team with an averaged score of 81.5, including a pair of top-five finishes and a career-low round of 76 on Sept. 7 at the Twin Ports Collegiate, which tied a program record.
- UWRF finished first at the Sept. 6-7 Twin Ports Collegiate, hosted by UW-Superior at Nemadji Golf Club, crushing a program 36-hole record with a team score of 666 (+90).
