UWRF Esports Hosts Wisconsin Esports Regional Playoffs

UW-River Falls is set to host its 2nd Wisconsin Esports Conference (WEC) Northwest Regional Playoffs for Rocket League and Valorant this weekend in the UWRF Esports Arena. The 2-day event features WEC Northwest Regional rivals UW-Eau Claire, UW-Stout, UW-Superior, Chippewa Valley Technical College, and Northcentral Technical College.

Coming off another competitive WEC Regular Season, UWRF's Rocket League rosters currently hold the 2nd and 3rd seeds in the region and are playing for a guaranteed seed at next month's WEC Championship at UW-Stout. Runner-ups will advance to an online qualifier for the remaining championship spots.



The action starts at 10AM this Saturday and will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch on the UWRFEsports channels.
