The No. 8-ranked UW-River Falls football team will host No. 9 UW-La Crosse on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Smith Stadium at Ramer Field. The matchup marks the Falcons' final regular season home game and Senior Day. With a win, UWRF would secure at least a share of the 2025 WIAC title.

- No Readmittance Policy
- Once a ticket is scanned for entry, there is no re-entry allowed. This policy applies to all fans, including students and guests. Exceptions for medical or accessibility reasons must be arranged with stadium staff at entry. The policy aims to enhance safety and streamline operations.
- Tailgating and Parking Policy
- Tailgating is allowed in Pay Lot 3 starting 4 hours before kickoff and must conclude 2 hours after the game. Only one vehicle per space is permitted. Propane and gas grills are allowed; charcoal and open flames are not. All fans are expected to clean up and behave responsibly. Parking is $10 for single vehicles and $25 for RVs/oversized vehicles.

SENIOR DAY
- The 2025 Falcon Football senior class will be recognized prior to Saturday's kickoff, featuring Riley Ashburn, Kaleb Blaha, Caleb Campbell, Andrew Karls, Cade Kuempel, Connor McKenzie, Hunter McKinney, Jack Olson, Carter Quam, Jaylen Reed, Justin Scheberl, Kevin Spahn, Daniel Stokes, and Gage Timm.
- This class has led UWRF to five consecutive winning seasons since 2021 with an overall record of 37-12 (20-12 WIAC), including back-to-back Isthmus Bowl titles in 2021 and 2022. Since 2021, UWRF has the program's highest national rankings by coaches' polls and media outlets in program history, ranked as high as fourth in the country on multiple occasions.
- The 2025 senior class includes an All-American, a Gagliardi Trophy semifinalist, two All-Region athletes, three All-Conference recipients, and the program's all-time leader in scoring, total offense, and passing yards.
THE SERIES
- Saturday marks the 106th all-time matchup between UW-River Falls and UW-La Crosse, with the Eagles holding a 65-32-8 series advantage.
- Last season, UWL defeated UWRF 28-24 in La Crosse.
- The Falcons are looking to snap an eight-game losing streak against the Eagles, with their most recent win in 2015, a 21-20 overtime victory.
IN THE RANKINGS
- UWRF remained ranked among the top 10 for the third week in a row, improving from No. 9 to No. 8 in both of this week's D3football.com and AFCA Coaches national rankings.
- Two weeks ago, the Falcons cracked the top 10 for the first time this season. They were previously ranked among the nation's top 10 in October of 2024.
LAST TIME OUT
- UWRF is coming off a momentous program victory last Saturday, defeating UW-Whitewater for the first time since 2001 with a 52-14 dominating performance over the Warhawks at Ramer Field in River Falls.
- UWRF's offense was nearly unstoppable, piling up 619 total yards, including 504 through the air, as Kaleb Blaha continued his sensational senior season. The dual-threat quarterback completed 30 of 51 passes for 492 yards and five touchdowns while rushing for 63 yards and two more scores, accounting for seven total touchdowns on the afternoon. With his first rushing touchdown on the day, Blaha reached 52 in his career to become the UWRF all-time scoring leader, passing UWRF & WIAC Hall of Famer Greg Corning, who scored 51 career touchdowns from 1984-87.
- The Falcons' defense also turned in an outstanding effort, holding the Warhawks to just 239 total yards and a mere 46 on the ground. Gage Timm led the way with 12 tackles, three tackles for loss, three sacks, and two forced fumbles, while Taylor Sussner added an interception. UWRF finished with three sacks and forced two turnovers in one of its most complete defensive performances of the season.
- For their efforts, Kaleb Blaha and Gage Timm were named to the D3football.com Team of the Week. The duo were also named the WIAC Offensive & Defensive Players of the Week.
FALCON NOTES
- UWRF owns the top offense in NCAA Division III with an average of 607 yards of total offense per game with 260 total first downs.
- In addition, the Falcons rank sixth with 49.3 points per game, fourth with 367.4 passing yards per game (1st/WIAC), and 15th with 239.6 rushing yards per game (1st/WIAC).
- Defensively, UWRF leads the WIAC in 3rd down conversion percentage (0.313) along with 19 turnovers gained.
- Fifth-year senior quarterback Kaleb Blaha, a D3football.com Preseason First Team All-American, is a four-time WIAC Offensive Player of the Week this season and has twice been named to the D3football.com Team of the Week.
- Earlier this season, he broke his own program record with 569 yards of total offense during the win over Coe College ... At UW-Oshkosh, he broke the UWRF all-time passing yards record, and most recently against UW-Whitewater he became the UWRF all-time scoring leader with his 52nd career touchdown.
- Blaha is the national leader with 419.3 yards of total offense per game, and leads the WIAC with 30 total touchdowns, 17 rushing touchdowns, 11 rushing touchdowns, 2,666 passing yards, and 588 rushing yards.
- Senior kicker Justin Scheberl is the WIAC leader with 53 PATs made. Two weeks ago, he made 10-of-10 at UW-Eau Claire in which was awarded the WIAC Special Teams Player of the Week.
- Wide receiver Austin Rush ranks second in the WIAC with 45 receptions.
- Jaylen Reed ranks second in the league with 124.8 all-purpose yards per game.
- Linebackers Gage Timm and Noah Nusbaum rank third and fourth in the WIAC, respectively, with eight and 7.5 tackles for loss.
- Defensive backs Andre Hall and Peter Ladu rank tied for second in the league with three interceptions each, while Braden Jones is tied for second with six pass breakups.
