Kaleb Blaha – Football (Sr., Coon Rapids, Minn./Fridley)

Blaha led UWRF to a 42-14 win over Saint John's on Saturday, Dec. 6 to advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals for the first time in program history, accounting for 342 total yards, rushing 26 times for 97 yards and a touchdown while completing 22 of 28 passes for 245 yards and three scores. With his three passing touchdowns, Blaha broke a UWRF single-season record with his 31 passing touchdowns on the year.

Lauryn Schutz – Women's Track & Field (So., St. Paul, Minn./St. Croix Prep)

Schutz broke a UWRF women's indoor weight throw school record with a personal record 56 feet, 11.25 inch throw on Friday, Dec. 5 at the University of Minnesota's M City Classic. Her 17.35-meter toss broke Krista Hasselquist's record of 16.39m set in 2007.
