WAVERLY, Iowa (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's golf team improved its overall team score by seven shots to place 14^th overall Sunday in the Wartburg Fall Invite at the Prairie Links Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa.

Maddie Flack improved by five strokes on day two shooting an 83 to have an overall score of 171 and placing tied for 39^th.  Miranda Ray tied for 73^rd place with a score of 186.  Mari Pechacek improved by six strokes to shot 190 on the weekend and place 76^th.  Vienna Jude shot a 96 day two to have an overall score of 192 and place 80^th.  Kelly Kraecki shot a 212 overall and finished in 87^th place.

The Falcons travel to Lake City, Minn. to compete in the Division III Midwest Classic Saturday and Sunday September 19^th and 20^th.
