REEDSBURG, Wis. - The UW-River Falls women's golf team turned in a round three score of 356 on Sunday, Oct. 10, to finish tied for seventh at the 2021 WIAC Championship at Reedsburg Country Club, concluding the fall season.
The Falcons finished with an overall score of 345-356-356--1057 to tie for seventh with UW-Stevens Point. UW-Whitewater brought home the team title with a 54-hole team score of 958.
Sydney Hufnagle and
Cadence Moe earned the top finishes for UWRF, tying for 27th place with three-round totals of 259.
Taylor Hemann improved by six strokes with a personal best score of 85 during the final round to jump from 42nd to 33rd, and was awarded a spot on the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
