OSHKOSH, Wis. - Falcon women's golf wrapped up play the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titan Fall Classic Sunday afternoon at Oshkosh Country Club while
Sydney Hufnagle (Jr., Baudette, Minn.) carded a two-round score of 158 (+12) to earn medalist honors.
As a team, UW-River Falls turned in a score of 355-354--709 (+125) to take fifth of 15 teams. The hosts, UW-Oshkosh, earned the team title with score of 674.
After round one yesterday, Hufnagle was tied for second after shooting eight-over-par (81). She improved by five strokes on Sunday for a 77, finishing eight strokes ahead of the runner-up. Both of her rounds were career-lows. Hufnagle tallied 17 pars and four birdies.
In addition to Hufnagle,
Courtney Carson and
Cadence Moe finished in the top-25 among 82 competitors.
