Last week, UWRF recorded a season-high scoring output during a 7-2 win over UW-Stout on Tuesday, Jan. 11 before falling during nonconference games against MIAC opponents St. Olaf and Saint Mary's.

Dysen Skinner started each game in net and logged 62 saves.
THE SERIES
This weekend's games mark the 153rd and 154th all-time meeting between UW-River Falls and UW-Stevens Point, with the series deadlocked at 70-70-12. The two teams previously met this season on Nov. 19, a 5-0 Pointer victory in Stevens Point.

- The Falcons are the most penalized team in the WIAC, averaging 5.8 penalties per game.
- UWRF's .516 faceoff winning percentage is third best in the WIAC. Centers Noah Roofe and Sam Anzai rank second and third in the league with .559 and .547 faceoff winning percentages, respectively.
- A balanced Falcon offense has led to 14 skaters with at least two goals, led by six from Noah Roofe. Roofe ranks eighth in WIAC scoring with 12 points (6g-6a).
- Senior forward Caleb Anderson leads the WIAC with three game-winning goals.
- Newcomer Noah Ganske is the top-scoring defender in the WIAC with 11 points off three goals and eight assists.
- Additionally, fellow D-partner Alex Davis ranks second in WIAC scoring by defenseman with nine points (3g-6a) and leads UWRF with a +9 plus/minus rating.
- Sophomore goaltender Dysen Skinner has started in 11 of 17 games and has compiled a 7-4 record, the second-most wins in the WIAC.
