WIAC MAKES CHANGES TO WIAC TOURNAMENT
In response to a significant imbalance in the number of games played by teams throughout the conference due to the COVID-19 protocols, the WIAC Basketball Tournament will now include all eight conference teams.
First round contests for both genders will be held Feb. 18. The men's tournament will also remain as previously scheduled with the second round on Feb. 22, semifinals on Feb. 24 and championship on Feb. 26.
Both tournaments will be "re-seeded" after the first and second rounds.
A regular-season champion (or champions) will be crowned after the regular-season schedule only if it can be mathematically determined. If it is unable to be mathematically determined, the winner of the conference tournament will also receive the regular-season title.
ALUMNI/SENIOR NIGHT
The Falcons will host Alumni & Senior Night on Saturday, Feb. 12, welcoming back UWRF men's basketball alumni while honoring the 2021-22 senior class:
Bryce Phillips and
Thomas Robarge.
