RIVER FALLS, Wis. - The UW-River Falls softball team returns to this action after two weeks off, openings its 2022 WIAC schedule at UW-Whitewater and UW-Oshkosh Saturday-Sunday.
The Falcons will face the Warhawks on Saturday, and the No. 15-ranked Titans on Sunday, both doubleheaders. UW-Whitewater and UW-Oshkosh were 2021 WIAC Co-Champions.

FALCON NOTES
- UWRF had its previous two weekend series of games canceled due to weather, and most recently completed its 11-game Florida spring trip on March 19.
- The Falcons turned in an 8-3 record in Florida, including a trio of walk-off wins and a win over No. 19-ranked Rowan University.
- Sophomore infielder Keegan Piton leads the offense with a .509 batting average, totaling 29 hits in 57 at bats. She leads the WIAC with 27 runs batted in.
- In the pitcher's circle, Juliana Reynolds leads the team with a 3.61 ERA in 42.2 innings pitched. She ranks fourth in the WIAC with 48 strikeouts with five wins.
- Piton and Reynolds were named WIAC Athletes of the Week March 7-13.
