ST. PAUL, Minn. - The UW-River Falls men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up its second meet of 2023, competing at the University of Minnesota's Roy Griak Invitational on Friday at Les Bolstad Golf Course.
The men competed in the Maroon 8k race and the women in the Maroon 6k.Â
Competing among Division II and III competition, the Falcon men finished with 769 points to finish 28th, led by sophomore
Logan Munson's time of 28:09
Freshman
Laina Viere led the UWRF women with a 6k time of 24:38.6 to finish inside the top-100 runners. As a team, the women 761 compiled points to finish 28th.
Up next, the Falcons are scheduled to travel to Colfax, Wis., to take part in UW-Eau Claire's Blugold Invitational at Whitetail Golf Course.
