RIVER FALLS, Wis. - UW-River Falls Softball fell during a doubleheader conference match up versus UW-La Crosse Tuesday evening at Perkins Field.
Johanna Breyen led the Falcons with two hits on the day.
The Falcons now 10-16, 0-8 WIAC return to action on the road Saturday, April 27 to face nationally ranked UW-Stevens Point at McCarty Field.

UW-La Crosse was able to score six runs in the fourth inning to secure the game one win over the Falcons. The Eagles scored nine runs off 10 hits and were able to shut down the Falcons offense.

In game two it was all Eagles, as they were able to score nine runs off 10 hits including a home run in the third inning.
The Falcons were left with no answers and were held to just four hits.
Lindsey Duggan suffered the loss in the pitchers' circle with Wallin, VanGruensven, and Crowe coming in for relief.
