WHITEWATER, Wis. — The UW-River Falls Men's Basketball team is set to open the 2025 calendar year with its WIAC opener at UW-Whitewater on Saturday, Jan. 4.
The Falcons enter the game with a 6-5 record overall, with wins in their last two contests.

FALCON NOTES
- The Falcons are coming off a successful showing at the 2024 Radisson Holiday Classic at Page Arena, where UWRF went 2-0 across the two-day tournament. UWRF defeated St. Scholastica 80-57 and UW-Superior 59-51. Zac Johnson led the Falcons with 33 points and 14 rebounds across the two games.
- UW-River Falls and UW-Whitewater last met in men's basketball during the 2023-24 season, when the Falcons defeated the Warhawks 58-66 in Whitewater, Wis.
