Clermont, Fla. — The UW-River Falls softball team is set to travel for its spring break games, playing in 12 games in Clermont, Florida for THE Spring Games. The series of games begins on March 15 and concludes on March 22.

FALCON NOTES
- After an 0-2 start to the season, UWRF bounced back with four straight wins at the Auggie Dome Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota last weekend. The Falcons swept Martin Luther in back-to-back five innings games, before defeating Crown College 8-2 and 8-0.
- UW-River Falls' pitching staff was incredibly efficient in the doubleheader against Martin Luther. Across the two games, the Falcons allowed no hits or runs, and just one walk — UWRF's three pitchers combined for 16 strikeouts. In game one, Brooklyn VanGruensven tossed a five-inning no-hitter, in which she struck out six batters. Game two saw Alexa Dusterhoft and Lindsey Duggan combine for a five-inning perfect game, totaling 10 strikeouts.
- Against Crown, Kelly Aultman hit two of her three home runs on the weekend, as part of an 11-RBI performance across the four games. UWRF tallied 25 hits in the doubleheader and outscored Crown College 16-2 overall.
- Kelly Aultman was named WIAC Position Athlete of the Week for March 3-9, after going 7-12 with 11 RBIs, six runs, three home runs, and two walks.
